Has my order been shipped?
Click the "Order Status" link to check your order status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
The easiest way is to reply to your order confirmation email and let us know what changes you want to make to your order. We check emails before shipping the following day. We'll make the changes and confirm via email. Please note that once an order has shipped, we can no longer change your order.

How do I track my order?
Click the "Order Status" link to track your order.

My order never arrived.
The easiest way is to reply to your order confirmation email and inform us that your order never arrived. We will look into it and get back to you soon.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Often we have to ship in a couple of different boxes. If you've received one part of your order but not the complete one, it's best to wait a few days. Your order shipped in multiple boxes will have multiple tracking numbers. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Click on your tracking number to see the details.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link. This will take you to a summary page. You can edit any section.

How much is my shipping?

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link. If you are not logged in, this will take you to the login page. Click the link that says "Forgot your password?" That link will send an email to you. Follow the directions to reset your password.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, the easiest way to remedy the situation is to reply to your order confirmation email and let us know what you received and didn't receive. We'll investigate and confirm via email.
