SUP & SURF Foiling

SUP foiling, next to wing foiling, is perhaps one of the most accessible foiling activities. If you are a stand-up paddler, that is a big bonus, and if you can SUP surf, all the better, but you don’t need to be at an advanced level. Typically many SUP foil boards are interdisciplinary and can be winged and sometimes windfoiled. We've some great boards on offer including, paddles and foils to get you started.
Sup Foiling
SUP Foil Boards
Aim for a 6-7' board when starting, providing greater glide, stability, and ease of take-off onto waves. All our Skywave foil boards can be SUP foiled. Our low-impact, inflatable 6'6 and 7'0 interdisciplinary Wing and SUP Foil boards are ideal, as is the 6'5 Skywave hardboard. The 5'4 inflatable is a good starting point for kids, and our Skywave 4'11, 5'2, 5'5 and 5'10 boards are for riders of varying weight and ability.
SUP Foil Paddles
SUP foiling puts additional load and strain on your paddle, and you will sometimes be bracing and applying weight, so the shaft and blade are highly stressed. The best choice is a full carbon, one-piece paddle for maximum strength and the most efficient paddling. We've a range of excellent full-carbon paddles which are light weight and will suited for SUP foiling and the demands required of them.
Foils
We've hand-picked hydrofoil kits, which offer the best solution if you are trying to figure out what you need to launch into foiling. Or if you need a certain ride and performance, we've interchangeability between our Mistral / SAB range to mix fuselage, mast and foils to suit your needs. When learning, you'll be riding full-fat waves that crumble with whitewater. Go for the higher surface area, lower aspect foils, shorter mast and fuselages.
Wings
The perfect companion and next-level foiling experience requires the simple addition of a wing to harness the wind. This demonstrates the ability to ride waves on super low wind days to take advantage of the wind's energy on days when the winds freshen. We have a comprehensive range of wings to suit different budgets and needs from 3.5m to 6.5m. Easy to stow and travel with wings can be used with various boards on ice, snow or land.
