On working days Monday – Friday, we aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day for orders received before 2pm GMT. For orders received after 2pm GMT or on Public Holidays, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping costs & delivery time per region 
We ship to many countries, and shipping costs are based on region. Our map gives you an indication of the countries we ship to, and in which region we classify them. 

Europe 1: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & United Kingdom.
Europe 2: Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Serbia & Switzerland.
European Islands: Canary Islands, Cyprus, Iceland & Malta.

In the table below, you can find an overview of the shipping costs and an indication of which products fall into each category. Please note that shipping costs are based on your total order and shipment address. The actual cost will be calculated in your Shopping Cart. Delivery time depends on your country and the courier services. Unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees, but orders will usually be with you within the delivery time frame given in the table below.

Small: Packages up to 10kg, such as clothing, wetsuits, accessories
Medium: Packages up to 20kg, such as inflatable SUPs 
Large: Packages with odd shapes, such as rigs, hardboards, fixed length paddles

**** Large packages can only be shipped within the Benelux and Germany, Europe 1 and Europe 2 countries. If you have ordered a product that falls into this category and want to have it shipped to the European Islands or to the USA, we unfortunately have to cancel (this part of) your order. You will receive a full refund when your complete order is canceled. When we only cancel the part of the order we are unable to deliver, you will not only receive a refund of the canceled products, but we will also recalculate the shipment costs based on the size of the package that will be shipped, so you won't be overcharged for shipping.

Liability for non-delivery or damage 
Mistral accepts no liability for non-delivery, delay, damage or shortcoming of goods if the circumstances are reasonably beyond our control. Therefore, please check the packaging on any damages before accepting delivery. If the packaging looks heavily damaged, please refuse delivery, write "refused due to damage" with the courier, and notify us through [email protected]. This way, we can start the replacement process swiftly.
